Odyssey Healthcare, Inc. (now operating as a subsidiary of Gentiva Health Services, Inc.) is a for-profit provider of hospice services that was co-founded in 1995 by Richard R. Odyssey Healthcare, Inc. offers pain management, spiritual counseling, nursing care, and social services support to patients and families through its 100 Medicare-certified programs available currently in around 30 states. Odyssey Hospice has locations in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.〔(www.cri-report.com )〕
